The point of a family practice is that you are not sent somewhere else the moment something becomes complicated. We handle the everyday and the involved.
Everyday dentistry
Cleanings, examinations, fillings, crowns and bridges. The routine care that keeps everything else from becoming a problem.
When more is needed
Wisdom teeth and oral surgery, dental implants, dentures and prosthetics, appliances for sleep apnea. Done here, by the team who already know you.
When it cannot wait
We hold same day appointments at both clinics for pain, a broken tooth, or swelling. Call and we will find you a slot.
What your first visit looks like
No treatment is started on the day you come in. You leave knowing where you stand.
We take a look
A full examination, and X-rays if you need them. We will request your records from your previous dentist so you do not have to chase them.
We talk it through
Your dentist sits down and explains what they found, what needs attention now, and what can reasonably wait.
You decide
You get the plan and the cost in writing before anything begins. If nothing needs doing, we will tell you that too.
Common questions
Are you taking new patients?
Yes, at both the Waterloo and the Cambridge clinic. Fill in the form or call and we will find you a time.
Do you accept CDCP?
Yes. We also direct bill private insurance, so you are not paying up front and waiting to be reimbursed. Patients remain responsible for knowing what their own plan covers, and we can send an estimate to your insurer before treatment.
What will it cost?
For all treatment pricing we follow the provincial dental fee guide used by all dental practices in Ontario. You get an estimate in writing before anything starts.
I have not been to a dentist in years.
That is more common than you think and nobody here will lecture you about it. We look, we tell you what we see, and we start with whatever you are ready for.

If you are in pain, call us. We keep same day emergency appointments at both clinics.

Twenty six years in Waterloo and Cambridge. Four dentists and a team that has largely stayed the same, which is why we tend to know your history rather than reading it off a screen.
Four dentists, one team
Whichever clinic you come to, you are seen by one of our own dentists. Your records follow you between Waterloo and Cambridge, so nothing is repeated.
Dr. Samuel Samra
Known to patients as Dr. Sam. He graduated from the NYU College of Dentistry and holds board certification in both the United States and Canada.
Dr. Ayman Samra
Board certified at the University of Toronto in 1997. He opened the Bridgeport Weber practice in 2001 and the Cambridge clinic after it. Over 22 years in general dentistry and oral surgery, with a particular focus on implant dentistry, prosthetics and endodontics.
Dr. Aliki Divaris
Part of the dental team across both KWC Dental clinics.
Dr. Azehar Raouf
An associate dentist at the clinics since 2014, with over 19 years of practice in Canada and internationally. She holds a degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master's specialising in biomaterial and implant material. Her interests include restorative and pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics and oral surgery.
